1) Black Cow Vodka – the Data Controller that looks after your data

The Website www.blackcow.co.uk is owned and operated by Pure Milk Vodka Limited ("We", "Black Cow Vodka", "Us"). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 07742282 and have our registered office at 2 Victoria Grove, Bridport, Dorset DT6 3AA. Our VAT number is 121797019.
Pure Milk Vodka Limited is the data controller of the data collected from you.
Who is Black Cow Vodka?
Black Cow Vodka started in 2012 with a clear mission to make the world’s smoothest vodka. We use fresh whole milk to make an exceptionally vodka with a unique creamy character. The vodka is distilled, blended and filtered on England’s West Dorset coast. 2) Our legal basis for collecting and processing your data
At Black Cow Vodka we collect and process your data on the basis that we clearly set out how we are going to collect and use your data in this privacy policy, and that you consent to such collection and processing when you register with us.

4) How Black Cow Vodka gathers personal data
The main places that we gather personal data are:

5) Shopify: our online e-commerce platform
Our store is hosted on Shopify and our online payments are handled by Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, but Shopify use reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect Personal Data.

6) Protecting children
Our sites and apps are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. 12) Who will see your data
Black Cow Vodka values your privacy and will only share your data with other parties in very specific and limited circumstances. These are explained in this section:
We will only share your data with third parties for competition purposes. If we are sending out the prize, we will share the information with Royal Mail or FedEx and with a trusted commercial partner if they sending out a competition prize. We will only share your first name, last name and address.
