Ingredients
Black Cow vodka, 40ml
Amaretto, 5ml
Maple syrup, 10ml
Lime juice, 10ml
Apple juice, 80ml
Fresh ginger, 3 slices
Step by step
Muddle the ginger inside a milk frothing jug or small saucepan.

Add the rest of the ingredients, and heat gently above a low heat, until a light vapour emits.

Double strain into a teacup.
