Ingredients

Black Cow vodka infused with pepper, 50ml
Red wine reduction with rosemary, 20ml
Grapefruit juice, 10ml
Crème de Mure, 5ml
Top with soda

Step by step

Pour Black Cow Vodka, red wine reduction, grapefruit juice and crème de mure into a hi-ball glass.

Stir all the ingredients to ignite the flavours, add cubed ice to fill the glass.

Top with soda water. Garnish with orange peel and rosemary.
