One of our favourite cocktails, Tom's Sgroppino is deliciously zesty and made with homemade lemon sorbet.
Ingredients
Black Cow vodka, 50ml
Large Scoop of home made lemon sorbet
Juice of half a lemon
Topped with sparkling wine
Step by step
Dry shake until smooth, then wet shake over ice.

Strain into a chilled champagne coupe and top up with Castlewood Brut Reserve and a dash of soda

Garnish with lemon & mint boat.
