Mark Hix and Black Cow's Paul 'Archie' Archard have launched a delicious new menu at a one-off event at Mark's Kitchen Library & Loft, Tramshed.
The new menu, which showcases our deliciously smooth vodka, is now being served at Mark's Bar, HIX Soho on Brewer Street. With British seasonal produce and dishes influenced by Mark Hix's travels, each Black Cow cocktail will be perfectly paired to one of Mark's small plates.
The menu includes:
Dirty Cow Martini with oyster, ceviche on plantain, Black Cow Cheddar with pickled walnut

Mini Spritz in a desert wine glass with Portland crab chips, sugar pit beef
and pickled cucumber

Black Cow on the rocks, poached rhubarb
and Shrimp Gyoza

Espresso Martini with Peruvian Gold chocolate mousse
