We were proud to take part in Cochon555’s Downtown Los Angeles event. Cochon is a travelling food and drink festival that takes place in 10 cities across the US.
Cochon555 is a theatre for innovative food and drink experiences. At any given event, over a hundred-plus cooks, chefs, restaurant and bar owners, renowned sommeliers and barkeeps, can be found working in concert to create luxurious and tasty moments.
At each event there are a range of restaurants and bars – from farm-to-table to Michelin star - and all participating chefs share one core value: they source products responsibly. Black Cow served a delicious ‘Mos-cow Mule’ to the guests.
