We've got some seriously talented friends who use our pure-milk vodka in their inventive cocktails. With spring in full swing, we wanted to highlight some of our favourites to enjoy.

Three Compasses & Bouchon Racine

If you're looking for a classic cocktail with a twist, head to Three Compasses & Bouchon Racine. This pub and restaurant has been serving up drinks for over 300 years, and have two of the best names in the industry behind the bar and in the kitchen - definitely one to visit.

Try their Espresso Martini, Bloody Mary, or Vesper Martini, all made with Black Cow Vodka.

The Espresso Martini is a particular favourite, with its blend of Black Cow vodka, Cariel Vanilla Vodka, Galliano Ristretto, and cold espresso coffee.

This American steakhouse-style restaurant, who we share our name with, serves up incredible cocktails that focus on premium ingredients with spices and flavours of the Middle East. A number of their drinks feature our pure-milk vodka, including a new spring serve, Aviv.
